Marketing

Launch and growth marketing for digital products: positioning, campaigns, landing pages and measurement that tells you what worked.

What it is

Marketing at Scaledex is the practical end of the discipline: deciding how to describe what you sell, getting it in front of the right people, and finding out whether it worked. We are an engineering-led agency, so our marketing work is grounded in the product and in measurement rather than in slogans.

We take on launch marketing for new products, growth marketing for products that have found their first customers, and the campaign pages, email programmes and tracking that both depend on. We do not run brand advertising at scale, and we say so when that is what you need.

What you get

  • Positioning and messaging: what you do, for whom, and why it is better, in words your customers would use.
  • A launch or growth plan with channels, timing, budget and owners.
  • Landing and campaign pages that load fast, read clearly and are built to convert.
  • Paid and organic campaigns set up on the channels that actually reach your customers, whether that is search, LinkedIn, Meta or communities.
  • Email marketing: list setup, onboarding and nurture sequences, and the automations behind them.
  • Measurement that respects your users: conversion tracking and reporting without invasive tracking.

How we work

We start with an audit. Where do your customers come from today, what do the numbers say, and what has already been tried? If there is no data yet, the first job is to make sure there will be.

The plan that follows is short and specific: two or three channels, a message for each, a budget, and the metric that decides whether we continue. Campaigns launch small, are watched daily and adjusted weekly. Reporting is written in plain English with a decision at the end of every section, not a dashboard you have to interpret.

Because we also build websites, the landing pages we design are built by us, ship fast and are measured against Core Web Vitals and conversion, not only against how they look.

Who it is for

  • Startups approaching launch who need positioning, a page and a plan in the same month.
  • Scale-ups whose growth has slowed and who want an honest look at channels and messaging.
  • Technical founders who would rather work with people who understand both the product and the funnel.

Process

How it runs

  1. Audit

Where your customers come from today, what the numbers say, and what has been tried.

  2. Plan

Two or three channels, a message for each, a budget, and the metric that decides whether to continue.

  3. Run

Campaigns launched small, watched daily and adjusted weekly.

  4. Report

Written reporting with a decision at the end of every section, not a dashboard to interpret.
